About this course
This session is perfect for players transitioning from the Rookies Stage, and for new players taking their first steps onto the court. We will play on a slightly smaller court to help with problem-solving and introduce rallying, attacking and defending. Players will explore different styles on the court, and start to choose their own. They will develop more skills to find ways to beat their opponents using their strengths. They will be taught how to find spaces on the court and test their skills in matchplay.
