About this course
This session will primarily focus on technique and will help you to develop an understanding of the game and the main techniques (underarm hitting, overarm hitting and serving,) and how to develop these skills further. Beginner/Intermediate sessions provide support to help you develop your own style and learn about effective body movement and footwork for badminton.
